  paid $25.00 for initial consultation fee. Then after the fact saw on one of his web sites stating first consultation is free! Hope he enjoyed his free lunch on our $25.00. The man didn't stand or offer a handshake upon our greeting which i considered rude and unprofessional. After explaining the reason for our visit on a topic which was supposedly his expertise, he offered no viable insight to some very basic questions. He determined we had a state matter and we should contact the state. we asked what dept. we should try to contact and his response was " I don't know, look it up in the phone book" The guy wasted my time and hustled me out $ I could have used for my own lunch!
