  I've found management to be responsive, both Brenda and Art have been quick to respond. When I had a maintenance request Art had both a maintenance guy and a plumber to my apt. the same day. I do think that the apartments are overpriced considering everything is haphazardly done, but it is nicer than most of the other apts. in Lompoc. However, the walls are extremely thin and noise travels through. There are times where noises from the outside walkway or neighboring units sounds like it's coming from within my apt. Without exception, I can always hear my neighbors tv's, talking, singing, cleaning, etc. Overtime I have gotten used to it, but it's still frustrating. At night, I have to use a sound machine app on my phone to drown out my neighbor below, whose teenage daughter sings and shouts at all hours of the night. Despite this, it's still better than living at my old apts. (woodstone aka the vine). Just beware of the noise!
